Jack Perry

Town Council

Jack PerryAs a lifelong resident of Southington, Jack Perry embodies the values of the city of progress: hard work, character, community, and civic duty. At the age of 13, Jack rolled up his sleeves and went to work in his family’s landscaping business where  he learned early on what it means to put in a hard day’s work, and earn your fair share. Upon graduating from SHS’s vocational agriculture program in 2008, Jack started HQ Dumpsters & Recycling, which he has grown into the model of a successful small business in Southington. Jack attributes much of his entrepreneurial success to the community that helped shape the person he is today, and believes it is his responsibility to give back through charitable giving and public service. In 2020, while running for Connecticut State Senate, Jack and his partner Lindsey welcomed their son Jack Jr. to the world.
