Susan J. Zoni, a native of Southington, graduated as Essayist in the Class of 1971 from Southington High School and received her M.S in Secondary Education (summa) and B.S. in Music Education (magna) from CCSC. She took additional classes at the University of Hartford. She is currently retired from her most recent position as Tutor at SHS for English Language Learners. She and her husband David, our former State Representative, have owned and operated Priority Graphics, a local printing and graphic design company, since 1988. They have two married sons: David, a musician and instrument repair craftsman, and Steven, an attorney. Susan is active in the community, primarily working in the field of literacy. She has been a tutor and member of the Board of Directors of Literacy Volunteers of Central CT, Inc. (LVCC), and currently serves them as Ambassador. She currently serves on the Board of Finance, Public Works Committee, and Tax Relief Committee. She actively supports many community charitable organizations.
