Bob is excited to seek re-election to the Southington Board of Water Commissioners. He has served on the Board since 2001. Bob is committed to the future of Southington, emphasizing the importance of maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring the operability of our water supply, and safeguarding it for generations. He is committed to overseeing a Department that operates efficiently, utilizes up to date techniques, and proactively plans for Southington’s future water needs.

Bob is proud that during his tenure on the Water Commission they have taken responsibility for residential water service from the street to the curb, and initiated a protection plan from the curb to the meter. This protects homeowners from a potentially significant financial burden. He remains committed to continuing to pursue grants and securing financing for essential projects to provide water to our community.

Bob is a life-long resident of Southington. He and his wife, Denise Ouellette have two children, Nathan and Andrea, and five grandchildren.

The Southington Water Department is very important to our community. Bob will continue to work diligently to provide clean affordable water to the citizens of Southington.
