Bill has been a resident of Southington for 30 years. He has been married to his wife, Roberta, for 39 years and they have two adult children, Matt and Marianne.

Bill spent 42 years as a social worker in the private and public sector. He has valuable experience in policy, planning, and program development.

Volunteerism: Southington Land Conservation Trust, Inc., Board Member, active in the procurement, maintenance, and public access of the Land Trust parcels.E.L.A.N. Co Chair for CT. Chapter of N.A.S.W. Treasurer of P.A.C.E. for Ct. Chapter of N.A.S.W.
