VOTE “NO” ON REFERENDUM QUESTION #4 AND PRESERVE CITIZEN CONTROL OF THE LIBRARY 

In the upcoming election there will be a several referendum questions. Question #4 asks voters to change the Southington charter to shift control of library decisions from a non-partisan citizen board, working with a qualified, professionally credentialed Library Director, to Town Manager control at the direction of a partisan Town Council.

Keep politics out of decisions on library content and community space use.
